 • Why the “Leaper Motors” name?
We’ve been into classic cars for more than 30 years, particularly British classics. When we opened Leaper Motors in 2003, we initially focused on Jaguars. That leaping Jaguar hood ornament is commonly called the “Leaper” -- hence the name. Since that time, we’ve broadened our offerings to include other affordable classics, highly fuel-efficient diesels and hybrids, and safe, solid basic transportation cars for that student or commuter. We can also use our years of experience to find the ideal vehicle for you, regardless of make or model.
• We’re “Car People” (But you don’t have to be)
If you’re a car person, we’re a friendly, welcoming place where you can check out our special inventory of classic and specialty vehicles. If you’re not really that into cars – no problem – we’ll be your car people. Let us use our 30 years of automotive experience to find the perfect vehicle based on your driving needs.
• You Don’t Need “Acres of Cars”
We know you don’t need acres of cars, just the right car. We may have that car in stock at Leaper. If not, we have access to thousands of clean, low-mileage vehicles available each week at dealer-only wholesale auctions and through our network of contacts. Most of these cars are sold by vehicle manufacturers or their finance companies, usually with their new-car warranties still in effect. From luxury to economy, compact to SUV, we’ll use our automotive knowledge and expertise to consult with you in our friendly, no pressure environment. We’ll help determine the best car for your needs and preferences, right down to the color and equipment level. Then we’ll source that vehicle and bring it here for you. Your price will be significantly below “retail” because you’re not paying the overhead costs of a huge inventory and large facility.
• Vehicle Inspection and Reconditioning
We’re totally committed to your satisfaction – before, during, and after the sale. In keeping with our high standards of quality, every vehicle we sell is put through a rigorous inspection and reconditioning process to ensure the car you purchase is clean, safe, and reliable.
• Free CARFAX Vehicle History Report™
We’ll provide you with a free industry-standard CARFAX Vehicle History Report™ to give you specific details about your car’s history. This protects you as a consumer against buying a car with costly hidden problems. Leaper Motors -- clean cars, clean titles, no “stories.”
• Warranty
Many of our vehicles are still covered by their manufactures' new-car warranties. Extended warranties are also available for most vehicles at extremely competitive prices.
